- The above registration fee for both members and non-members applies only to this conference, Non-members should note that they can only attend this conference, but they will not receive any of the benefits associated with MRAI membership.
- Spouses are not allowed to attend the Gala Dinner
- Pre-registered delegate badges and kits will be available for pickup at the spot registration area at the event venue.
- Please bring your official visiting card when collecting your badge.
- The registration badge is mandatory throughout the conference. If you lose your badge or leave it at your hotel, you will be charged a fee for reprinting.

- Registration Cancellation must be notified in writing (e-mail) to MRAI.
- After 30th May, 2025 no refund will not be granted, except in special cases such as (Accident / Personal Health problem / Family Emergency such as Death or other major events etc.) duly reported to MRAI in writing.
- The refund, if any, will be subject to the final discretion of the Board of Directors of MRAI.
MRAI shall not be responsible in the case a delegate is unable to obtain visa in due time and as a result requests to cancel his/ her registration to the 3rd IBS2025, after June 30, 2025. Should a delegate cancel his/her registration/hotel reservation because a visa has not been granted, the delegate will be bound by the registration and hotel reservation terms and conditions. For visa invitation letters for attending the conference, please write to us on events@mrai.org.in.
MRAI has negotiated special rates with the Hotel (a 5 Star hotel) for the registered delegates of the 3rd IBS2025. The inventory of rooms is limited and shall be on First Come First Serve basis.

In the case of strikes, flood, fire, lockdown or any other “force majeure” circumstances beyond the control of MRAI resulting in the partial or complete cancellation of the convention (and/or of any part of its program), the Convention will be postponed to the next possible date. In such case the Registration Fee and Booking Amount of the hotel shall be adjusted in the postponed MRAI Convention. However, in case of cancellation, Credit Note will be issued to all the Registered Delegates
